This show is very similar to Downton Abbey, for the most part, because it is a drama, there is not a lot of violence. But in the first season, at least, there are medical scenes that are rough.

To be easy, time to look away, it plays music and switches scenes, showing Margaret, then Peter Townsend grieving over their relationship
Gives himself a shot
The Prince is driving away from Windsor clearly angry, then it shows Anthony Eden hunched over her table...then the music stops, and you can look.
