Phiona and other children are playing with a toy airplane that is hanging. At this point, you should just skip to the next chapter.

Her brother is dramatically hit by a scooter and they show his treatment up close, including his distress. Because of paying for the treatment, Phiona and her family are kicked out of their house.
It is safe after 53:18, so if you want to go back after skipping you can, where they are evicted from their home.
